You might even say the is the return of the real Reverse flash. Barry and friends already have their hands full dealing with Zoom, but in The Flash season 2 episode 11, "The Reverse Flash Returns," we're going to see the real Eobard Thawne one more times.
Matt Letscher only made a handful of appearances as Eobard Thawne during The flash season 1, but he made an impression. The evil time traveling super scientist and speedster stole the DNA of Harrison Wells, taking on his appearance and his identity. How he's coming back is anybody's guess, especially considering that certain sacrifices at the end of season one effectively made his existence impossible.
